They have also helped me personalize my banking experience with different sub accounts that make my personal finance system work flawlessly. The Broadway branch is my go to branch, the building is impeccable, the staff is friendly, and they even have popcorn sometimes!”

“Don't use the atm in the lobby, It'll rob you blind and you'll be fighting to get your money back. Currently trying to get $250 back and it's been 3 days.Edit: the staff here has been nothing but professional in ensuring I get my money it now falls on my bank and it is no longer on their end I was angry an irrational in my previous review and I do apologize”

“I just moved from Presque Isle to Hampden. I've been with the County Federal credit Union for a few years now. I realize the merger is just taking place in Hampden, but I wish that they would have the lobby open on Saturday mornings like they do in Presque Isle. The greater Hampden/Bangor area is much bigger than Presque Isle and I don't see why there's any reason why they can't have the lobby open at least until noon on Saturdays. Other than that, in my experience, it is a great place to take care of your financial business.”
