I’ve been to other shops that TRY and find stuff they can charge you for. Not these guys. We brought in our car thinking it needs new tires, got it checked out and ended up not needing them. It’s hard to find a honest place you can trust, which is why we will be back when we do need new ones! Thank you!

I can’t even begin to express how professional, transparent, and downright epic Rawcliff Autoservice is. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is genuine, welcoming, and full of integrity.
Rob and Ron are total pros — knowledgeable, honest, and easy to talk to. And to the awesome young woman at the front desk (I’m embarrassed I forgot your name!) — you made my day with that high five after I picked up Bianca, my BMW 430i coupe.
Their communication is on point. I was updated throughout the entire process, with no surprises — just real-deal service. Fair pricing, stellar work, and respect for both the car and the customer.

I have worked with Rob Rawcliff for over 5 years now. He and the Rawcliff team are very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and always go above and beyond for their customers. I highly reccomend them, whether it's for car services or detailing. We took in a 2000 Mercedes clk 55 AMG , that was in desperate need of refurbishing. After sitting and being stored for 8 years, mice had done alot of damage to wiring etc...Rawcliffs brought it back to life ! They are fantastic to work with. You and your car will be a priority to them.
I also recently took in my 1971 Chevy K5 Blazer to show Rob. He asked if I was going to take the hard top off... I told him that I'd love to but I didn't have anywhere to store the top for the summer. He is such an amazing person, he said no problem, we'll take off the top, store it for you, and put it back on in the Fall!
That's what I mean when I say they go above and beyond for their customers!

I don't normally leave reviews, but this was my 3rd visit here over the last couple years and they truly made my day with a cruise control not working (user error 🤣). They are always honest about their schedule and I'm relieved that I can afford to drive a Porsche knowing its affordable to fix in their capable hands. Thank you!

I had a smelly problem of mice debris in my 2012 Subaru plus a problem with the steering. This is the first repair ( other than oil changes) I have needed since I bought the car almost 13 years ago. I just picked up a car that drives and looks like new! Everyone did a great job and I can’t thank them enough!

be warned,you may be getting set up for more expensive returns to them because of intentional draining gear and other lubricant from your vehicle(s) as they did with my mother.fortunatly i checked them all and found no gearbox lube in rear,2 pints in front (black as coal) and black as such in crankcase,after she paid for the service and inspection sticker,and even that they didn't do.

Used this place to get my car detail cleaned. Due to how dirty it was, I was charged an exta $50 tottally worth every penny! Booked the appointment about a month ago, worth the wait! The staff was very professional, and they made sure to pay attention to every detail with the car cleaning. They even cleaned in places I would of never thought to clean! Will definitely be coming again to get car cleaned when it needs it! Would recommend!

I had an issue with my 2012 mini cooper. I thought it may have been the starter (later confirmed it was). Everywhere I called was booked out to July. Rawcliffe's came through with great and speedy service. Everyone was so kind and very understanding of my situation. I'm truly glad I went for help. I definitely recommend anyone in need of vehicle maintenance go to them. :)
