I got the car within a day. They are super fast, polite, and their cars are at a good fair market value even with the used car marked being so messed up. “On 08/22/23 I purchased not just my first vehicle, but my second vehicle from Gerry’s. My first one has been paid off for about 18 months, and is still going strong. There was an issue with ABS lights the first week, but with one phone call to Gerry’s and a couple of days in the shop it was all good, and at no cost to me.My second one had a small issue at the time of test drive and not only did they fix it as soon as possible, they flat out refused to let me purchase it with something wrong. “Everyone here was super nice. Christian was great to work with! I had concerns about a sound we heard initially, and they immediately looked it over, and made sure nothing was wrong. They also suggested I have another garage check it over if it made me feel better and to bring it back if something was wrong. I had another garage look it over, and they told me it was a great car!I’d give them 5 stars, but I had to fix a tire sensor immediately after purchase because the owner won’t allow things to be fixed if it’s not an inspectable item.I was able to have another garage fix the tire sensor, and it wasn’t an expensive fix either.Overall, it was really a pleasure to do business with them. It was a super easy process as well. I would go back to them again. As with any used vehicle, you never know what you could be getting yourself into, but I’m pleased with my experience with the Garrett’s Auto team!”
