I run a small business and one of the people here (the older woman) didn't scan the label on the package I handed in, and therefore I didn't get a shipping label, and it was lost for awhile. The customer did get the package still in the end but it was pretty distressing for both of us to not know where it was

Loses mail. Sent to another town. They couldn't care less if they retrieve it. No apology. I was told there was nothing I can do.
