Stopped in office stating I wanted to become a new customer for a home I'm building. I was told to go onto their website and fill out a lengthy new customer application which asks for SS# and all kinds of personal information. After all that I haven't heard a word. Not impressed.

On auto delivery let me go dry, worst customer service and then took a year to credit account for propane in tanks - they owed ME money but charged finance charges for the year - that is called FRAUD.

No Frills Oil goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. We ran out of propane in our cabin in the most recent storm. Knowing propane is our only form of energy the guys No Frills Oil had our tank filled by the end of the day even though we were not on the scheduled delivery route. Our tank was full ensuring that we had heat and hot water once again.
