A-1 experience here from start to finish. If you need body/paint work, do not go anywhere without making PM Painting your first stop. My Jeep needed a challenging repair. I dealt primarily with Shannon and he made some great recommendations on how to proceed. His communication was consistent and reliable. He generated paperwork that was both thorough and accurate. Work was finished sooner than expected as well. We are very fortunate to have them in the area. The life of the Jeep has been profoundly extended.

Don’t waste your precious time!!! I have never been so baffled by a company. My son and I took his vehicle that got hit while parked in for an estimate, as they told us to drop in anytime. They gave us an estimate that we then submitted and got a check for. Since then, my son has called several times and left messages to get on the lengthy schedule (understandable for our area) with zero return phone calls. I then called and still no response, so I stop in there and the woman at the desk states that they decided they didn’t want to work on the vehicle because it’s a “sports car”. A 2012 Doge Challenger with only a gash in the front bumper!! They never would have even told us if I hadn’t stopped in. Why give an estimate it in the first place- now that we have already been paid their “estimate” amount!! A lot of wasted time and very unprofessional!! Sadly my family recommended, as they have done all their work.

We had “kissed” a rock which popped the molding on the rocker panel of our pickup truck. We stopped in at PM Auto Body to see about getting it fixed. A wonderful gentleman (wish I had gotten his name, probably the owner) came out to inspect the damage and then proceeded to fix it for us on the spot. When we tried to pay him for his effort, he absolutely refused to take any money no matter how much we insisted. This speaks VOLUMES about what kind of business this is. We are grateful for the help we received and would highly recommend them for their honesty and professionalism. We would not hesitate to patronize their business again should the need arise. Everything about this business experience was positive. From the owner to his assistant to the woman who handled all the insurance forms, billing and telephone responsibilities, each and everyone was superb, a delight to work with. They all went out of their way to make me a highly satisfied customer. Now to the work done, my car looks new. I am by nature quite fussy and thoroughly inspected the work that was done. I have had other auto body repairs from past accidents performed at other shops and though the work was good close inspection would reveal that work had been done. Something usually very minor could be discovered if you looked hard enough. That wasn't the case this time. Here I simply couldn't find any sign of work being done. My car just looked new. These people are incredibly skilled. The work was completed right on schedule.

P M Painting Auto Body was recommended by Stanley Subaru to have my Forester checked out after getting rear-ended by another car. We were here on vacation and needed to make sure the car was safe to drive all the way back to Maryland. They checked out the car right away, made sure it was road-worthy until we got home and did it all gratis! Denise and the technicians are super people - they even spoke on the phone to the insurance company of the person who hit us to explain what they saw and what they had to do. Definitely would have all the work done by them if I were living locally!
