“On vacation in Maine with 2 vehicles from Connecticut. My Lincoln Navigator was driven by son and daughter. Vehicle has 225,000 miles and runs great but developed a bad grind on hard left turn. Roberto got me right in the day it happened and the last day before we needed to vacate the rental. I assumed it must be a wheel bearing as they are original. I suggested if he had time to do both front wheel bearings after assessment. He and I estimated the cost and I agreed. Turned out excellent for us. Roberto determined that my vehicle was put into 4 wheel drive and that was the cause of the rough grinding left turn on dry pavement. Put it back into 2 wheel and drives perfectly again. He could have really ripped me off if he wasn't so honest. I would have never known he didn't replace bearings so for that I am writing the excellent service review for efficiency and honesty.”
