McLaughlin's is definitely the best place I have taken my vehicle for service! Very professional people and had it done quite fast. Didn't try to talk me into stuff I didn't need, and actually went a route that saved me a bunch of money! I will definitely be doing business with them in the future for all of my vehicle needs. They will definitely have a life long customer now! Very, very pleased.

You can never go wrong with this place. Had the parts I needed on had. If they don't have it in stock, you usually get it the next morning.

I was on vacation back home in Downeast Maine and my car got a flat tire. Probably ran over something when we went driving down to Schoodic. Well, if you didnt know, an infiniti q50 needs a special key to take the lug nuts off. And where was ours, you ask? Back in Boston. Good place for it, I know. I was afraid they would have to cut the lug nut off in order to get the tire off. Dave saved the day, and my lug nut. He told me "oh I'll get it off for you one way or another", and he did just that without cutting it off. He may not have had a key for it but he did have some downeast ingenuity. What would have cost us a small fortune in Boston to get the car back on the road cost us less that $30 all together. Thanks, Dave!!

We went and do an appointment to do our auto inspection for another day, when the time had arrived they do a good job, in 15 minutes, my auto was all ready and we have enough time to do other errands during the day. Thanks and continue your good services!
