Worst transport company ever!!! I have been tying up my lift for a week waiting on a transmission. It arrived 30 minutes from me on the 5th delivery date keeps getting moved. I am losing money rescheduling jobs over and over again. The parts store we ordered the transmission from has offered to go and get the transmission and were told it was sitting on a truck waiting to get off loaded. I am currently tying up my phone line while trying to get through to them to find out why yet again the delivery date got pushed back to tomorrow. I'm sure it will be pushed back to tomorrow to the next day. This is utterly ridiculous!! my customer is upset with me. I just want the transmission that I spent $2500 on to show up and not be damaged. This is highly unprofessional!

I have been waiting for a week for a delivery there is no way to talk to anybody who has the right informationtracking online doesn't work and it's not accurate.I spent hours on the phone waiting on hold we not answers but justshould be going out today or should be going out tomorrow maybespoke with 5 different people just todayone person called me back this morning saying that was out for deliveryafter that I spoke with three more people and now they saying that is not scheduled for today.and there you go on hold again for another 32 minutes.customer service useless.poor communicationtracking said that it was expect delivery on the 29th and that today August 4th I'm still waiting and there is no way to know where is my delivery and when is going to be here.I met most of the drivers and they're very good people hard workers and it's not their fault.the head of this company is supposed to be taking care of this problemsI don't think they care otherwise they would have fixed this.it seems like I'm not the only one who had this problem with this company reading the reviews.I'm not used to live reviews but this company really deserve it.very unhappy customer.

Absolutely the worst shipping company out there. They are 30 minutes from my location and my shipment has been sitting in the terminal for a week and they cant tell me when I'm going to receive it. Not worth the savings. Should have a zero star review.

Driver attitude stinks. First thing out of his mouth was the loading dock over loaded his trailer and did not know how they expected him to move his palate jack. Wanted to drop my palletized lawn tractor at the side of a narrow 2 lane road. Got ticked off because I said if he could not put the palate in the driveway I would have to refuse the shipment. Called me rude an mumbled under his breath. Nearly dropped the palate off the lift gate. He dropped the palate @ 6” inside the driveway and left. FYI he never asked for the bill of laden to be signed so it it has a signature he forged it. I have had other shipments via other LTL carriers and never had any one with such a bad attitude.

Flat out the worst. And that is really saying something for a freight company. Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow... Then damaged. And their phone number frequently doesn't work "the person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time, please try your call again later".

If I could give zero stars I would this is the worst company to deal with for shipping. Terrible phone services and they lost a 50x50x50 mower attachment weighing 1600 lbs, this cost my start up company jobs already accounted for. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Mark the daytime driver in my area is very nice and always helps me load my merchandise in the garage even though he doesn't have to. he's a good dude!!!

I had doors shipped from Georgia. After four days I checked and they had them in Pennsylvania. I was told it would take four days to receive them, and yet they were only in PA. I called them and they told me they would deliver on Wednesday of the following week. Wednesday came and went. When I checked, it now said it would be delivered on Thursday. Ten work days from Georgia to Maine is a disgrace. I own a business and regularly get shipments from CA in five days. Don;t use these guys unless you are prepared to wait. I still haven't received the doors and can't wait to see if they are damaged or not.
