A single parent with two school age children had all of their possessions with the exception of some clothing, in a unit. When it was time to retrieve their possessions, myself and a few others helped empty out the storage unit. Apparently a snack food company rented the whole other side of the building to store their snack foods. Then, by mistake, they left their doors open for a while. Needless to say, squirrels got into the unit and all the other units. Just about everything had to be replaced due to squirrel feces and urine. The whole unit was loaded with feces. The furniture, clothing, toys, paperwork, photos, etc were covered in them. The smell was horrendous.. When brought to the attention of the owners, all they could say was "sorry". They said they would speak to the snack food distributor and maybe they could work something out. After a few calls and no returned calls, nothing was ever done. I think both of them were responsible and I think they could have come to an agreement and helped this parent. How many single parents can afford first and last months rent on a new place and then have to buy everything all over again? I would not recommend this place at all. Their customer service is severely lacking and all they care about is getting the rent checks every month. If you don't care about your possessions, then by all means, use this company because they don't care either.

This place is awful. We had things in storage here for over 14 years after a work move overseas. When we tried to reach the managers/ owners to arrange moving out no one ever returned our calls. When we came to empty our unit the owners were rude, belittling, and impossible to deal with as we tried to arrange for movers, and then junk guys to take the leavings to the dump. There was no clarity about charges or fees, and our requests for information was met with rudeness. When we first moved our things in there was a front office-- the building is now gone and there is no office, no on-site staff, and no security whatsoever. Do not rent here!!
