“I really appreciate a UHAUL employee helping me hook up this UHAUL Motorcycle trailer as I've never hauled a UHAUL Trailer before this UHAUL employee went out of his way to help me as I had an issue with my hitch whoever owned my car before me broke a 2" hitch receiver pin in the receiver portion this not allowing me to put my pin through the UHAUL employee helped me get this problem by hammering in the new pin which by doing so allowed the old broken pin piece to come out freely and allowed my new 2" ball hitch pin to go through all the way I'm so thankful this employee helped me get on my way”
