A technician, named Chris, came to my house and installed propane for my new gas stove. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I was very pleased with his work as he explained all that he was doing. Thank you Chris! You're a good person!

Despite having an issue, Tracy (one of their managers) called me right away to correct it. They offered a generous resolution and I felt like they deeply cared about customer service.It was nothing short of amazing service.I highly recommend Dead River. They have been consistent and efficient with all deliveries and services.

Increased my star rating from one to three STRICTLY because of the service techs and the delivery people. They have been great and Ralph who is working on our boilers for both our homes currently is amazing!!!!The customer service team for this company however are terrible; most of the time. There are exceptions I am sure; I just have not had the privilege of dealing with them yet. The staff have either not able to preform their jobs so I have to go back & correct the account or when addressing an issue, they have been rude & even threatening when there was no grounds to be able to do so.LINDA is definitely a rep who could use some training in the law, her job and customer service in general.

Dead River Hollis installed two 100 gal tanks upon completion of our new home in 2017. Install was easy, just told the oil company what our contractor told us, and then added our contractor to the list of acceptable contacts for our Dead River account. Our tanks have never run out of propane, as we always shovel/plow a way for them to get in and call before we go under 30% if they haven't delivered lately. Absolutely no complaints here.
