Blue Door Primitive Peddler is housed in an old restored gas station/garage. It's larger than it looks like from the outside and has several rooms filled with a great selection of primitive and country decor and furniture -- painted wooden items, dried flowers, lamps, candles, vases, pitchers, gnomes, dolls, birdhouses, woven baskets and tin containers, framed prints, pottery, etc., with the usual primitive themes like sunflowers, crows, sheep, roosters, Colonial homes and barns, and so on. I especially loved their Amish-themed candles. Great service, wonderful owner, reasonable prices. Definitely worth a visit! They also have special open house festivities in the autumn and Christmas.

Traveling from out of state I have nothing more than pure joy everytime i go. Love love love everything . Beautiful workmanship, designing ideas, never mind how welcome you feel when entering. Primitives and more.

This store is beautiful. Its merchandise is authentic primitive colonial design and includes beautiful hand-crafted linens, pottery, furniture, and lighting. Contrary to the other “review” on Google, the owners are absolutely lovely. They are very strict about COVID rules because their teenage granddaughter who lives with them is immune compromised having received a record-breaking six-organ transplant as a young child with cancer.
