“Gibbs is my first time for anything I need done on my cars through the years. Starting with brakes done at another garage that sounded horrible, to doing a total check over on a new used car. I take my cars, my parents cars and now my childrens cars there routinely to get any work done. If you want reliable trustworthy work done this is the place. Muffler work is way less expensive here as well as they have the equipment to patch and bend pipes In house. If you start to sound like a loud monster truck and your driving a van, go to gibbs. They fix it quick and economicaly.”

“Brought my son's '14 silverado here for a new transmission to be installed. Got the vehicle in & taken care of right away. Truck did come out with a exhaust leak, which we returned the following morning for. An attempt to fix that morning was made but wasn't something quick & required more in depth work. Scheduled to have the work completed & when they did. They went above & beyond the scope of the leak in question to make a customer happy. Great service from the beginning to end.”

“Wonderful experience with John. Made an appt on Friday for Monday at 10 am. Got there a little before 10.. The place was filled with cars and I though I am going to have a long wait. Met John told him I had an appointment to install headlight. Within minutes John removed the old headlight and installed the new one. John actually felt guilty at what he was charging as the light was very expensive. Not his fault and I was very pleased to be on my way within 20 minutes. “Great service experience! We had a chevy truck with a windshield wiper arm that snapped off frozen in a snow storm. It was raining snow and sleet, the arm broke at night and the car wasn't drivable. The next morning it was still storming and every other garage we called said they were busy plowing come back tomorrow. This garage let us come in the same day and fixed the wiper within minutes. Thankful for the speedy service in a pinch.”

“I had called multiple repair shops around 9am and Totman was the only one to answer. They were available to do towing services and dispatched someone right away. Helped lift a car off the road to replace a flat and even repaired the flat which saved us money. Excellent customer service and intelligent tow truck drivers, able to assess to the situation and handle accordingly. I’ll be using them again and recommending them in the future!”

“We are from Georgia and problems with our 2020 GMC Sierra They ended up having to replace the turbo assembly. Matt went above and beyond to take care of us. He managed to get us a turbo when they were back ordered and only 8 dealers in the US had one,and none of those 8 wanted to give up one. Somehow he managed,while getting us a rental car and saved us from having to ship the truck back to Georgia. Customer service is almost nonexistent these days so it is such a welcome surprise when you get service like this. We can’t thank Matt and the service technicians that helped salvage our vacation enough. Highly recommend this dealership and their service department.”
