The Thirsty Dawg is a great beer resource for The County with an enormous and extensive selection. It features many Maine beers, plus styles from nationwide and international brewers. This is the best place in Houlton for any specialty beers. The knowledgeable and friendly staff is always willing to help locate a favorite or discover something new. Customers can easily spend an hour looking through the huge variety.

The first time I walked into The Thirsty Dawg, I was completely blown away by the huge selection of beers, including gluten-free beer (I recommend Geary's IXNAY Gluten Removed Pale Ale!).

This is the place I go to drop bottles off! This is the best place to go in Houlton for ANY specialty beers. My friend used to come here a lot and stock up on some random IPAs. Everytime I think of the thirsty dawg I think of him.
