“Brian and the guys were exceptional! I had an appointment booked for an emergency vehicle winter tire changeover at another business close by for 8am. Upon arrival they told me they couldn’t (or wouldn’t) do it due to the weight of the vehicle. I called Brian in a panic as we’re at the start of our first winter snowfall. After explaining my situation he said he had no room in the schedule but he’d try to squeeze me in at 1:30 pm recognizing the importance of having a safe ambulance. I brought the ambulance to them and by 1pm they had me in the bays and working on the truck. In the hours I was there I witnessed a steady flow of vehicles in and out. These guys were extremely busy, yet they never complained and were very friendly and helpful. Great job North Street crew! You’re very much appreciated by the crews here in Danforth! Thank you!”
