Great local made gifts and a wonderful owner! About a two hour walk from the campground.

Very local. Cosy. Well stocked place for souvenirs, books on island life, and as an excellent source for local (very fresh) lobster. Only a 5 minute walk from the Town Landing. Convenient to the vast and spaciously apportioned Post Office (being ironic here). Want a tea-towel? Post-card? Book? Cheese knife made with local stone? This is the place!

Love how Shore Shop had captured Maine island life. My wife just had to have the island map napkins.

This is a wonderful gift shop. Kendra is very nice, friendly, and remembers us from year to year. The shop has wonderful items, mostly made locally. A must visit place if you're taking the boat out to Isle au Haut, you'll definitely find some "one of a kind" gifts to take back home with you.

We stopped in at Shore Shop Gifts during our visit to Isle au Haut. The owner, Kendra, is fifth generation of the island and told us all types of stories and history of the island. She was extremely personable and very knowledgeable of the island. Her shop has very unique items that feature 'Maine made' products. Stop in here and support the local economy and learn about the history of Isle au Haut!
