The work was fast enough but he was very unfriendly, when we asked for a receipt he didn't give us one and wouldn't tell us what he torqued the tires at. He threw our old tires out the garage and shut his door and charged us 40 dollars a tire.

Had my snow tires changed over here on my wife's car .a few days later noticed she was missing a lug nut . Called to inform him of missing lug nut never heard so many excuses .NEVER bring your car there if you value the lives in your car .guy needs to learn customer satisfaction...I'll tell everyone I know not to go here ...zero stars bet your dad als real proud of you tom ....I would of happily bought him a lug nut for his car had it been the other way .I take great pride in my work ...

Do NOT bring new tires here. He will not put them on. I was told I should have looked into it beforehand. Now that I have done my research I've learned the only reason he won't is GREED. Unless you buy thru him forget about it. Tires online are cheaper just go to pretty much any other garage nearby and they have no problem putting it on. This place was convenient the other few times I've been here in the past but no longer. You have lost my business and my respect. It would take you less then 15 minutes to make more then most people do in an hour just mounting two new tires. If mounting new tires is such an issue maybe just have a first time mounted tire fee for people bringing in new tires instead of making them feel stupid and turning them away.

Tom runs the best tire shop I've ever used.Four tires replaced, balanced, and installed on the truck in less than 45 minutes. All the while, we're talking about everything.Not to mention his prices, very competitive.Glad I found this place, I'll be back in spring for my all season tires.

Great Service Great Price's!I've used Al's tires for both my SUV & Car, was treated with respect and got one hell of a great deal on gently used tires! I planned to go get 4 tires today "again" but looks like it's closed at noon unfortunately. I'd recommend to anyone who doesn't have a bunch of $$ to blow

Only place in my local area which would service my vehicle. Older gentleman but is EXTREMELY QUICK and EFFICIENT. Even found an issue with a stud being broke on my vehicle. No place to sit but you won't be there that long ti get comfy. In and out 4 snows put on mounted and balanced PLUS oil change in about 50 minutes! He's my goto guy now. EXEMPLARY Service! :)
