Sunshine recently installed our new inground pool liner, they are a fantastic company to deal with, and they helped us out tremendously. I highly recommend them.

I found them to be an extremely well stocked pool supply store. They had a “very hard to find locally” skimmer part in stock!!
They even broke open a skimmer kit to get me the stainless screws I needed!
Both the ladies I dealt with were very friendly and helpful .

I’m giving an extra star because of our first interactions with Sunshine Pools while renting a uhaul trailer.
My boyfriend had issues with his vehicle yesterday and we weren’t sure if we were going to be able to pick it up on time today. He called and a nice woman answered the phone. He scheduled the pickup time for later the same day and she said if we couldn’t make it then we could get it the following morning. She was very helpful and understanding.
We got the truck back earlier than expected today so I called around noon to see if we would be able to get the trailer earlier than scheduled and the lady I spoke to said we could definitely do that.
I personally scheduled online to have the U-Haul from 5/24 until 6/1, and selected a drop off location in Washington State because we are moving across country. When I went to pick it up I was informed that we only had a few hours with it. When I told her that wasn’t what I put in or even close to it she said that the person who entered the information must’ve done it wrong and the only thing we could do was extend drop off to tomorrow. She kept repeating that the person who did it online must have put in the wrong information and they only did it for a few hours. I told her that I was the one who put it in and I did not put it in wrong and I double checked everything before it went through.
Thankfully some other people walked in (unsure if they worked there or if they were customers) but the guy overheard some of the conversation and basically agreed that there probably was a glitch in the system. After that I was finally able to get the trailer rented after going back and fourth. -it doesn’t end here.
I told my boyfriend about what had happened and he actually told me that there was a glitch or something in the system and that they did know about it because the lady that he had spoken to yesterday told him. So I am frustrated that all of this happened and to find out that it actually WAS the system and not me putting in the wrong information like I was accused of multiple times.

I usually only drop in when I need a Uhaul but they are always amazing and helpful. The equipment has always been in great working order too. No complaints ! :)

I contacted Sunshine Pools to get a quote for a new liner replacement for my inground pool. They want to charge $1000 non refundable deposit just for them to come measure and give me a quote. If their quote comes in higher than anyone else and I don’t want to move forward with them they get to keep my $1000 just for coming out for 20 minutes to measure. That is the most absurd thing I have ever heard.

Heidi, Kim, Jeff and the whole crew are amazing. We ordered a new liner for our pool. They called me and said they were coming to start the install it was finished and full of water within 5 hours. Couldn't be happier with there customer service and the work they have done. They open and close our pool every year. It's hard to trust companys these days but sunshine pools deserves an A+++++. Thank you guys again.
