Hatch Knoll Farm offers fantastic cheeses and specialty products. Their cheeses, like The Betsy, are an excellent, smoother version of Humboldt Fog. The feta and chevre flavors are the absolute best. The blueberry and dill are also favorites. Their products are available at area specialty stores and farmers markets, but are best procured directly at the farm. The people there are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. You will not be disappointed.
