We have used Bobs Autobody maybe 4 or 5 times in the last 14 years. Bob is a straight shooter, fair, knowledgeable and meticulous (my husband is obnoxiously particular about our cars). We wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you are looking to support a local family business and get excellent service, this is the place to go.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My car was towed by Bobs Auto, and the entire experience was a nightmare. The staff was rude and unhelpful, the fees were outrageous, and the process to retrieve my vehicle was unnecessarily difficult. They also removed my debit card from the vehicle which seemed like they were doing it to hold against me. The owner continued to swear and was very unprofessional. I was charged storage fees for the two days they were closed and was told I should have left a message. Nothing on their website says to leave a message when closed. This place is an absolute scam job.
I understand towing happens, but there's no excuse for the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. If you have any choice in the matter, steer clear of this company!

I am so happy with the work done here! Can't say enough to give adequate praise. Highly recommend Bob's if you need work done. He saved my vehicle from being totaled.

I brought my car to him years ago to get a passenger side mirror replaced. After having to go back three times, he was finally able to do it correctly.
But as I'm for giving people and businesses second chances, I just called him again recently. I called on Friday, and got the voicemail so I left a message. Monday rolled around and got no return call back. So I called again and left another voicemail. I really just needed some rust repair done. Tuesday, he calls me back and says we don't do rust repair, which is why I didn't call you back on Friday.
I find it extremely odd that a body shop doesn't do rust repair. I also find it unprofessional that he doesn't return phone calls if he doesn't do that work.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would have. Had my car brought to Bob's after an accident because I was told that it couldn't be towed anywhere else, first lie. I was told I couldn't pick up my car until my insurance called them, second lie. The woman that I dealt with was extremely rude, told me 1 price on the phone but then added $100 after I arrived to pick up my car and said she never told me the original price. This place is the biggest scam and all they care about is taking advantage of customers and getting as much money as possible out of you. Avoid Bob's at all cost.

Intentionaly lied profusely. Would not recommend at all. Kept the vehicle an extended period of time to accumulate lot fees and refused to release the vehicle. If you ever need a tow call a professional not these guys. Use a company like Blake Family roadside assistance. Bobs is just another scam.
