Kennebunk Service Plaza is one of the best rest stops in Maine. It is open 24/7 with lots of parking for trucks and plenty of room to walk a dog. The restrooms are always clean. There are multiple food options, though some like Dunkin’ Donuts and Burger King may close early or not be open in early morning hours. For cigarettes or motor oil, you must visit the small hut at the gas pumps. The people working there are pleasant, friendly Mainers doing a great job, and the place is kept clean.
I always stop here when I'm running through this corridor on i95. The people are always pleasant and restrooms always clean. Rarely can I not find a spot to park my truck and catch my 30 mins or 10 hr breaks.
