Jessica in the Kennebunk office is a pleasure to deal with. She called back within minutes. She had the right answers and if I had a question she took care of it right away. You can’t beat local banking.

They have lost their ability to be local and personal. The idea of a Member owned financial institution are gone!I have found far better services at TD Bank. I have had better access to services and I am known by all staff within 2 months.I once was employed by this institution in my younger years. The majority of those who made it special are long gone.

Been a member for a number of years. They are ok, certainly all very friendly. If you need help through the telephone waits can be worse then if you were doing business with JP Morgan. Why am I part of a credit union if the service can be slower then a huge bank? I also opened a business account which took over 4 hours. Looked into other local banks and they block off no more then 90 minutes to open a business account. Realizing the service here may be a bit slow overall.
