This branch has gone way down hill since covid ~was there recently for two hours ~ bc their two party validation wasn’t working tho I’ve banked there 20 plus years ~ had the TD app, called it, got voice recognition; had my license, phone, 20 peeps that Cld have verified me in 10 minutes! Crazy rude and inefficient, yet the manager said he just wanted to make the staff happy! They aren’t babies, sir! Completely incompetent and unapologetic!

No reason to let someone do 15 minutes worth of business at the drive thru. I unfortunately am a dual amputee and can't go into the bank. I know it's hard to use common sense for all the other customers in line!!!!
