A real piece of timeless New England Americana, quiet and quaint, yet so close & convenient to I-95 and great value for money. Longish walk or short drive to taverns, and just up the street is the Eastern Trail which is great for off-road cycling or running. 5 minute walk in opposite direction is a minimart with great selection of craft beers & wines.There’s a pool, bbq and picnic area, plenty of parking, and breakfast included.

It's a quirky place. Clean and comfortable. Old-fashioned motel charm with game room - pool, air hockey, Ms Pacman! Swimming pool wasn't open during the hours we were there, but it looked functional. Host was very warm and cheery. Breakfast had yogurt, fruit, waffles, juice. I would recommend if you're not looking for fancy. Price very good considering Kennebunk in summer.Noteworthy details: Lobby had little gift shop with adorable birdhouses decorated by the missus.

Older rooms, but very nicely maintained! We enjoyed our stay. Good breakfast, friendly staff.Only downside was road noise, thanks to proximity to the interstate.

This is overall a nice place! The beds were reasonably comfortable. The rooms were clean. There was a nice continental breakfast in the morning. They had a friendly staff that gave good local recommendations.However, the adjoining room door or wall was thin, and we could hear the neighbors coughing and talking. Other than overhearing the neighbors, it was perfect for an overnight stay.

The room decor had a feeling of being in a nice Maine cabin. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. It was very clean with a good size fridge and microwave and big screen TV. Nice pool and grills available. Great location right off I-95 and Kennebunk. The only things it didn't have were a hair dryer, iron, and coffee maker, but those weren't big things for us. We've stayed here twice and will probably come back again.

This facility offer the normal range of amenities but it's the service, pricing, super friendly staff. Our room was outfitted with real hard wood floors, a modern roomie restroom, a nook with a desk with a window, beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers. The bed spread was a beautiful quilt that was soft and warm, not scratchy like chain hotels. The pillows were also what I consider damn near perfect. Soft yet supportive, you can wrap your arm around it and it was a great hug.They have really nice and there are 3 clean grills out back spaced about 25 ft from each other. Very nice. I highly recommend the lodge at kennepunk. We will definitely stay here again and tell everyone we know. Thanks everyone at the lodge for contributing to an amazing get away

Ok so the service is amazing Charles the manager helped us with everything, beaches , activities, restaurants. The rooms are really cute , there's a fridge and a freezer there's even some functional barbecues and a pool which was a little cold tho I have to say.Rooms: Cute little rooms with a refrigerator and cabinetsNearby activities: Theres 3 beaches 15 minutes away from the motelFood & drinks: Breakfast included in the stay

Charles was awesome and very helpful.Was talking to us about Hawaii,trying to get our son to book us a trip for our 25th Anniversary (he doesn't know our son)!The hotel was very clean and the breakfast is nice.The pool was very clean.Thanks Charles.

Drove from California after serving in the marine corps.. helped a Hispanic man carry a mattress to the dumpster.. was asked "does it smell bad" I continued to move forward with this subtle assignment.. there was a dead body rotting on this mattress.

We stayed at The Lodge At Kennebunk for a night before heading to Bar Harbor. The owner Charles gave us a lot of tips and information about Bar Harbor and was very friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I’m ever back in the area. The room was clean and very affordable

A very quaint and quiet place with a simplistic appeal. The room had all the necessities and a historic feel. I was able to get rest so that I can drive my truck with much needed rest. Would definitely visit again.Walkability: Very close to the truck stop. Around the corner
