Used to love coming to this post office. Now I prefer to go to mail it unlimited. The customer service feels a bit lacking.

Agree with someone else - lied about a package being delivered. They said they needed a code to get through the gate. Are there even gated communities in Kennebunk? There is no gate!!! I'm furious. I live in a normal neighborhood!!!

Consistently doesn’t deliver to our home because of the “height and angle” of our mailbox, yet it’s the same height as all of our neighbors.
