Very very very slow and inefficient - excuses for everything. Seems like a lot of this would be fixed by having an automated machine. Or a second employee. Or a faster first employee.

Used to love coming to this post office. Now I prefer to go to mail it unlimited. The customer service feels a bit lacking.

Agree with someone else - lied about a package being delivered. They said they needed a code to get through the gate. Are there even gated communities in Kennebunk? There is no gate!!! I'm furious. I live in a normal neighborhood!!!
