“I was hours from home and had a low tire pressure alert come up on my dash. I filled the tire in question with the compressor I had in my vehicle but wanted to get the tire checked before the rest of my long trip home. Called VIP and they got me right in (on a Saturday). Turns out it was just a leaky valve stem. They got me fixed up and on my way; no charge. Thankful!”

“Here's something to be thankful for - Great Service: I took my truck to the Arundel VIP Tire & Service for a problem, and knew it was going to cost me a lot of $$. I had already planned for an oil change/tire rotation because VIP reminded me of that with an email. A few minutes ago, Darin called and said that his mechanics realized the problem I had was their fault from a previous repair. I’m truly impressed by the type of culture where a mechanic isn’t afraid to say, “this one’s on us”. For that to happen, Darin had to establish that culture over time, and resource it as well. Sullivan Tire in Biddeford Maine ran diagnostics, found part numbers, gave us diagrams and helped us get back on the road at no charge. They could not have beem more helpful, kind, or professional. Great service!”
“Popped my tire down road from Paulins. Gave Paulin's a call right as they were closing. Mark Paulin proceeded to come out to where I was stuck with my popped tire, assisted me with jacking up my car and even helped replace the tire with my spare. He insisted I come back to the shop to fill the spare with it's proper air pressure. They then immediately helped with getting a new tire ordered for my vehicle which at this time was after hours. I was already a big fan of their work and service they've done on my cars in the past. This just further cements their dedication and commitment to providing amazing customer service. They have an amazing team there and I will always recommend Paulins!”

“I'll start out by saying I'm very particular about maintenance done on my vehicles. The bad:
-you have no choice of oil filter, you can't even keep the one already installed. Theirs is only rated for about 7k. So in effect it could be a downgrade to your oil system.
- Although petty, I gave instruction how to remove skid plate, but it was never removed. Even though oil can be drained without removal, Ford recommends its removal as oil WILL drain onto it as draining tapers down. They could have told me skid plate wouldn't be removed while I was giving instructions.
The GOOD:
- The manager and employees were extremely professional
-The shop looked clean and very organized
- After my oil change I did check everything over, all components, dipstick, filler cap, mud panels for filter, were all securely re-installed. The skid plate and oil drain plug were wiped down very well.
- Would I go back again? YES, without reservation. Price very reasonable, and you do have options for oil manufacturer.

“After visting several auto repair shops (all of whom indicated that a rusted screw that is fastening the license plate for some 20 years could not be removed easily and may even require a replacement of the whole bumper to get behind a plate), the guts at Champion Auto Body took on look at the situation and said it would be quickly removed in about 15 minutes.
