The customer service is exceptional! I had a pair of sentimental earings repaired and the owner went above and beyond. I will never go anywhere else for my jewelry purchase or repair needs.

I had a wonderful experience with this store. I brought something in that they checked for free. I had to come back and support them by buying a diamond because they are so helpful and patient with my shopping!
