She is always pleasant, even under pressure and even when working all by herself, covering the phones and the counter and filling prescriptions. I go out of my way just to pick up from this location because the customer service here vs Sanford CVS is night and day. I have never had a single bad experience with any of the employees in the Biddeford pharmacy and I have been picking up there for years. Thank you so much to all of you for your empathy and kindness. Some of your customers really need that at a time when they are going through difficult times with illness/mental struggles. It means a lot.”

“I recently had the pleasure of dealing with this CVS in Wells, ME. What professionals they are. I had a horrible experience the day before with another pharmacy. Had to call my dr to have a prescription redone and sent to CVS. Please note I am from California. When I contacted the CVS about 10 minutes later they informed me that they had the prescription, asked a few questions to make a profile for me, and then informed me the prescription would be ready within the hour. I cannot tell you how grateful I was for such professionalism, especially after my experience with the one down the street. I had covid and needed the Paxlovid. The other pharmacy lied to me, and never could fill the prescription. CVS just handled it like it was a priority to them. I will always use CVS pharmacies in the future. Thank you, Wells CVS for your assistance, professionalism and caring demeanor.”

I always use Walgreen's for my prescriptions, so I am in their computer system. There were absolutely no problems filling my prescription at Walgreen's in Maine. “They are so helpful. I made a purchase at the front cashier and stepped aside to put in my purse got distracted and left my purchase. I called and the button number I could hear to push was the pharmacy.He went up to the front to check. He returned said it was still there and they would hold it for me. I love Kennebunk. However I will come to visit in my son the fall.Thank you for your outstanding costumer service. Especially during this very busy season.”
