The best motel ever- great location with just a 5 min drive to the beach, good pool with cabanas, nice free breakfast, large clean rooms, and wonderful front desk. (Sophie, thanks for your advice about our house search!) We will return.

We were traveling from Boston to Bar Harbor chose to spend a night here so we could see Kennebunkport. I’m so glad we did!! The rooms were clean, it was easy to get to, and the staff was truly amazing! Sophie was so awesome at the front desk. She called to see when we were planning to arrive and gave us so much information about what to see and where to eat. I would highly recommend staying here!

This place was great! I have no complaints what so ever. It was nice and quiet. Short scenic trip to town along the ocean front. The bed was very comfortable. Sophie was so warm and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Kennebuckport.

Booked a few nights for a vacation with my girlfriend this fall. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and offered excellent suggestions for fun day trips within easy driving distance from the hotel. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. In room wifi worked well, and the location is set back from the main town enough to be quiet and peaceful, while still being a very convenient drive to downtown Kennebunkport. The parking lot and hotel itself feel very safe and secure. The complementary breakfast was good, with bagels/English muffins (and a toaster), blueberry muffins, cereal, coffee/tea. The only thing I would change about the breakfast would be adding a waffle/pancake maker. We didn’t get to try out the pool due to it being out of season, but it looked very nice and clean. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet low-key getaway!

Noteworthy details: What an awesome little place. Quiet, super clean; great, helpful staff. How this place is 2 stars is beyond me. Easy to get everywhere. Nice pool, very well kept. We will definitely come back.

Most importantly, the staff is exceptional. Helpful, kind, accommodating, seriously spectacular. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and outdoor seating on the lawns is relaxing. The pool is heated!…and so so clean. About a mile from downtown kennebunkport so you can’t beat the location. I stayed for 3 nights with my 3 children and husband and we loved it. The breakfast was perfect, the coffee was surprisingly good! Would definitely stay here again!

This was a hidden gem! We stayed here three nights and appreciated the cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, attention to detail throughout and the many simple amenities. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we found ourselves in Kennebunkport.Rooms: Nicely updated, very clean, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Appreciated the various additional sitting options aside from the bed

First off this hotel, the rooms in particular, look much nicer in person. They have been updated. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. There’s a little mini fridge in the room which is nice. The tv is a decent size with plenty of channels for our kids. The hotel is quiet and comfortable. The pool is a nice small-ish to medium size pool. It’s heated and well kept. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The whole property is pretty well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would 100% stay here again. It’s much better than many other hotels in the the area. Fantastic location really close to everything. Again, everything is CLEAN, I’m super picky too! If you are a germ-a-phobe like me rest assured this is a good hotel for you lol. The sheets, bathroom, toilet, bath tub, carpet, mattress all look clean and well kept up with. No bugs or anything gross. Thanks to Sophie and the other staff at the front desk for being so friendly! My only suggestion to this hotel would be to add some updated pictures of your hotel because the current pictures on google maps do no justice. It looks better in person. Also this hotel deserves a way higher star rating.
