High Peaks Artisan Guild is a coop of Maine artisans located in Kingfield, offering a wide variety of handmade art and crafts. Visitors can find original paintings, prints, pottery, wood furniture, glass art, fiber art, knitting, crochet, jewelry, scarves, hats, mittens, quilts, wool sweaters, clothing, tote bags, greeting cards, coasters, soaps, holistic ointments, and antiques. The gallery features beautiful art and unique antiques at reasonable prices, with many items created by local artists. Although open only three days a week, the staff, mostly artists, are friendly and happy to share stories about their work. It’s a great hidden gem for those who appreciate quality craftsmanship and local talent.

Excellent collection of local art and handmade items. Staffed by artists. We got some artisan soap and locally made wool sweaters! They have a small antique collection in the back. If you're lucky, you can hear all the local tales from the artists!
