“This review is specifically for the mailwoman Yolanda (yoyo) who worked my route for the past few years. I have since moved. I am only writing this review based on my experience with this individual. Yoyo needs to be recognized for her cheerful spirit, friendly attitude (no matter what day of the week), and her professionalism. I've dealt other's who have stone-face, no sense of pride, no acknowledgment of you if you're standing right there, and no sense of care for your packages/mail. Yoyo always left our packages in a safe place if we weren't home, and always knocked if we were home. She would actually converse with us and ask how we're doing. This woman needs a raise, but at the least, to be recognized. Probably the most cheerful and bubbly postal worker I have ever met. To bad they're not all like that. Great job Yo yo!”
