I’ve been going to the Kittery traffic circle 711 for almost 25 years. One day I stopped in to the 286 Route one location near the outlets. I stood in line and watched an employee whose name is cat deal with a line of customers and she was giving off its really good friendly vibe to everybody and everybody was chatting with her. It was interesting to watch and when I got my chance, the same thing happen big smile, super friendly, and it’s a little convenient store. So after all over two decades, I’ve switched stores and I come here every day now I’ve never said anything to cat at all about it. I keep watching her do her job and do it well. If management knows what they’re doing they’ll promote this woman. Keep up the good work.

I have traveled by motorcycle to all 50 states. I have been in a tremendous amount of public bathrooms. This bathroom, hands down, was the filthiest, most offensive bathroom in the US. Even the Love's in Lexington,Kentucky wasn't as unattended. I had to literally call my boyfriend from the bathroom to bring me Dude Wipes because there was absolutely no toilet paper that wasnt previously strewn across the floor. I rode 2300 miles to visit Maine. This one bathroom made it so we only spent one hour in Maine before going back to cleanliness and comfort. If that's what the bathroom looks like, what does the kitchen of any given restaurant look like? I seriously wanted to go get America's best pizza outside of Portland until I had to use this bathroom. Couldn't get out of Maine fast enough.
Now, my experience was in June of 2023, more than 2 years ago. And I'm leaving a review now. THAT'S how much I hated this bathroom.

It is really sad when I read how the store that I spent 6 months cleaning and getting back in order is no longer clean and nothing is an order it makes me sad to see people saying that they don't want to return to a store that I personally put a lot of work into and because of bad management that obviously is continuing it's not getting any better One bad Apple out any other ones just carry on you need to treat your customers with respect and when I hear that doesn't happen there anymore it makes me sad what a downout fall

I used to come to this gas station just about every morning throughout the week and because I had a horrible experience every single time I’ve stopped. It’s not clean, the management there isn’t professional and they barely have stuff on the shelves. I’ve lived near this station for 5+ years and have never had such problems with the workers or how it’s run until now. Luckily there are plenty of gas stations around!

If I could I go 0 stars I would their lucky to even get 1 star but I bought a pizza because I’m on the go wanted to get lunch for my family well when I purchased I asked if this person could cook it for us she said she wasn’t able to because of shift change I have kids in the car and they are hungry. It’s not because of a shift change she just didn’t want to do it not being racist but it’s a semi old black girl and nappy dreads she refused my request for a refund and was rude and needs a reality check

I was charged double for my item here. When I asked the clerk about it, she said: “if you received this item for a cheaper price anywhere else, they were undercharging you”, instead of actually looking into the system issue. What a weird way to respond to a customer who is questioning about being charged twice for one item. Her logic doesn’t make sense given I was at this same store two days ago, where I had purchased the item at the correct price. When I say correct price I am referring to the price that all other stores including the other 711s sell it for. How does one location double their prices in two days and then claim every other place is the issue? Something sketchy is going on here and I’d recommend that they be audited by corporate.I was here midday Sunday Nov 26th.

This 7-Eleven is just like every other 7- Eleven.......in fact it's also pretty similar to every Cumberland Farms, WaWa's, Sheetz, Circle K and any other gas and sip you could possibly think of. What can be said? It's open 24hours a day, 7 days a week. lf you'rein need of a prepaid phone card, a quarter pound hot dog, a can of dog food, Hershey's syrup, a phone charger, a bag of Doritos, coldbeer or cup of coffee all in 1 smallstore..then this is the rightplace for you.It has a gas station attached to it but it is not a 7-Eleven station, but rather a Mobil. Which should make no difference to you unless you're used to saving 10 cents per gallon by using the 7-Eleven app on your mobile device. But it's well lit at night and the counter help inside is friendly.
