I believe this is my first one star review. I purchased a pair of shoes that were defective and they refuse to accept the return.
When I walked in a gentleman named John told me to leave my shoes on the counter and to go ahead and look for other items to swap out my purchase since I was planning to use store credit for other items.
The store was totally empty, no customers. Upon coming up to the counter I was told I can no longer exchange the shoes because he told me they were used. They were worn once which I explained when I realized they were defective (the soles of the shoes did not have equal support)
The manager Josh was the rudest person I've met and informed me that I can contact their customer service. Absolutely filing a credit card dispute and I'll never be returning to this location.

Very disappointed drove 7 hours to arrive today this location and when I arrived the staff had locked the doors 10 minutes early and laughed at us trying to get in. I knew what I was looking for and would have been in and out before closing. So so disappointed.

Was pretty disappointed in this adidas outlet. Didn't feel inviting, was small, and we basically just stepped inside, turned around and left.

Chose a shoe that was in the 50% off section with lots of others like it in this section but arriving to pay it wasn't special really disappointed I left without buying anything if he would have only had a pair of shoes of this model in the 50% section I would have understood but there were at least 10 to 12 pairs so it's not an error of someone who didn't put them in the right place
