“Kevin and the team at costal truck and autobody recently completed 2 sizeable projects and complete paint jobs on 2 of our front line peterbilt 389s. The process was simple from the beginning with Kevin setting up the tow and coordinating with the insurance adjuster to get the ball rolling. They were great to communicate with and always easy to get ahold of for updates and questions. We had a few minor hiccups with the first truck which Kevin literally went above and beyond to correct. I can't remember the last time I experienced someone taking such pride and satisfaction in making sure a customer was completely satisfied with the finished project it was very refreshing!! We just had a second truck get a roof panel replacement, accessories added and a complete 2 tone paint job and get compliments daily. “I wasn't actually at Dents r US. Theres a mechanic that has a shop in the same location. Its called S G Tri state auto brokers and a guy named Bill owns it. His knowledge is vast and his labor rates are on average. $80 per hr. He also sells used autos cheap and affordable. Thats where I bought my current car, 2005 Buick Park Ave.”
“Brent Howard is excellent! He did awesome work for great price. He was a man of his word on his timing, he was kind, he was honest, and he made my car look better than it did when my bumper was fixed previously by someone else for different incident.
I was in a time crunch and needed my car to be done within a few days and just moved to the Seacoast so I was looking for an auto body shop after my car was hit while parked.
Most places were going to hold onto my car for 1-3 weeks or were fully booked, so after searching for about 2 weeks I was recommended to Brent by people at a different auto shop who had never met him. These people end up sending him so much business because people share all of his success stories with them. I thought that was a good sign.
I ended up meeting with him, told him my situation, and he said he’d have my car ready within 24 hours after receiving the parts so I wouldn’t go days/weeks without my car.
He was a man of his word as my car was fixed when he said it’d be. His price was great and so was his work. He even ended up not having to replace a light he thought he had to replace, so he dropped my price because of that. I wouldn’t have known that, so I hope someone reads this and recognizes his honesty.
Brent looks to be very kind-hearted, honest, and does an excellent job. I don’t know what else you can ask for.
He will 100% have my business going forward if my car needs work.”
