The employees in this location are friendly but one star because the Eddie Bauer customer service system is just bad.
USPS never received an item this location said they shipped, and nobody can help at all. Not corporate customer service, not local employees, nobody. Just go in, don't bother ordering anything online.

This is Robert's wife writing; my recent experience at the Eddie Bauer Outlet in Kittery was great! Customer Service Associates Maura, Tina, & Cathy were friendly, and very willing to assist me with item sizing and colors. Store Manager Mark helped locate an item that they didn't have in stock; Cathy made the order and saved me the shipping cost. These folks make a great team!

I'm a big Eddie fan, but this store is full of sizes small and XXL. Very hard to find anything to buy, but I guess that's why it's an outlet

This place is awesome!I purchased a down jacket that was discounted from $175 to $75. To $35. It was a fantastic buy! They have so much to offer at decent prices. When in jittery Maine, you need to check out this store! Fantastic sales help!

Great store! Wide selection of winter clothes. Very friendly employees. The carry plus size coats and snow pants which are a little difficult to find. Prices are very good if you are looking to save some money. They have a couple of items for hiking and outdoor adventures. Will definitely come back.
