Fair Tide is a nonprofit thrift store that offers clothing, housewares, books, and some jewelry. While it used to be a good place to find treasures and affordable items, recent changes have affected its offerings. Prices now vary by item and brand, making it less of a bargain. The store often posts items on Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, and Facebook, and some items, like silver plate, are held back rather than sold in-store. Despite these issues, the store's mission remains positive, and donations are welcomed when space allows. Customers appreciate its community focus but note that inventory and pricing have become less favorable for treasure hunters.
Used to be great with flat pricing on clothes, but now they price according to the item/brand so there aren’t really any “finds” anymore. Still has some decent stuff most of the time but you will pay accordingly.
