I had to quickly withdraw money from my account in order to meet with someone to buy weightlifting gear. And I had made the mistake of not having an account able to withdraw the amount needed. The people here were so understanding and quick to help me knowing I was in a rush. With great manors and swift service they were able to open a new account for me and get me my money. Not only this, but a month and a half later the head guy at this location gave me a call to remind and ensure I had gotten my card in the mail and that I am to use the account in order to not have my account closed. The people here are very kind and will go above and beyond to help you, while informing you so you how to maneuver the complicated banking system. Some of the best service I have had from any place. Thank You!

I went in to deposit a paycheck, I have an account, showed them my bank car,License even social security card .
There response we don't accept (paycheck).
I was like what ?
I'm only depositing it.
Wasn't even cashing it.
I haven't dealt with this bank in this area but I certainly can say I won't ever again go into this location.
Highly unprofessional, especially when I've had this account for well over 30 years.

Outstanding customer service and staff. I drove from Manchester,NH to wire transfer. I entered the building at 4:53pm. And they still help me complete my wire transfer. It was very urgent. Closing was 5pm. They went above and beyond for me. This the reason I chose to bank with Keybank. From bottom of my heart thank you to the all staff at key bank kittery, Maine branch.

Drove 1 hour on a Saturday morning as this is the closest Key Bank to us. Showed up at 11am and the doors were locked, lights were off, no one inside. Guess these hours posted on the door are not accurate. Thanks Key Bank

My husband and I will NEVER do business with this financial institution. Loan had a 15 day grace period and they would call for payment 2 days into the grace period. Why give a grace period if you are going to call and harass my husband. Makes no sense. So we decided to pay the loan off and when we called they wouldn’t take the payment over the phone. We could either drive 2 states away to make the payment or do a wire transfer. Not customer service friendly at all. I will stay with USAA moving forward.

This branch isn't bad. Keybank as a whole is the worst bank I have ever had. Now they have held my deposit for over a week.I deposited on Sunday the 17th, funds were supposed to be available on the 19th. Keybank presented the check to Bank of America, it was funded to Keybank and showed as being deposited in my account. The funds are not available in my account!!!! I went to the branch on the 19th and they said a hold had been placed on the check. They collected the money and are keeping it!!!!!I am done with the games! They have now lost my business!

Gave me terrible guidance on loan options that led to several hard inquiries into my credit and brought my score down. We SPECIFICALLY DISCUSSED avoiding the situation the banker threw me directly into.When I did get a 401k loan through a different institution these people had the audacity to probe into my bank balance and try and further “guide” me with my finances when in fact these funds were discussed specifically before and were budgeted out to the dollar.Their misguidance put me back a year or two getting my credit score where I want it to be.Inattentive and even destructive lack of understanding of the system or care about the customer.Closest Key Bank to me and complete let down, the only reason I will return here is to close my accounts with key in search of another banking institution.

They were supposed to close at noon at I got there at 11:59 and the door was locked..lights on still...poor customer service over the phone also..tried calling them at 11:50 to say I would get there around closing time but no one picked up

while having a shared bank account with my husband and payroll checks supplied by KeyBank they refuse to let me, the wife whose on the account make withdrawals, cash and withdraw money/checks. consistent attitude and the inability to provide proper customer service to customers. This bank makes banking harder.
