The kindest people work here. Always have a good experience here even if I’m just dropping off a pre-labeled package. They provide great advice and service when shipping large or oddly-shaped objects and will be real with you if it doesn’t seem worth it for you price-wise or in terms of fragility. Very grateful!

Friendly staff but $5 for a guy to hit print for a shipping label is ridiculous.
I’ll drive the extra 5 minutes to an actual UPS store to not have to be fleeced like that.

Great service and options for shipping. Can also drop off clothes to donate at a bin outside. The guys who work here are always very nice!

I have used Kittery Storage and Parcel for all of my mailing and packaging needs for many many years. They are AWESOMEâ— If you need packaging - it is always packed with great care - I have NEVER had a problem with anything arriving broken upon delivery. They offer various methods of shipping and will always provide you with pricing on all modes of transport i.e. Fastest, Cheapest etc. They also can retrieve addresses that you have previously sent to. I always feel like they should have The Staples Easy Button there so that I could press it and have it say "That was easy"â—
