Margot was a gem. Had the best energy from the second we entered the store, and had excellent customer service skills. She took time to talk with us to figure out what we wanted, and went above and beyond to help with sizing and fit. Deserves all of the praise in the world !!!

I can’t say enough about the AWESOME experience I had here! 11/10!
I went in looking for a new pair of jeans - I walked in and was quickly overwhelmed by the amount of styles, sizes, lengths, numbers, etc. Ariana immediately came over to help. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She told me about the various styles and made helpful suggestions.
I made way too many trips to the fitting room and tried on way too many pairs of pants (I had NO idea what size I was, so I just tried anything), but none of the associates ever seemed frustrated with me. It was nice to have the time i needed to make a purchase I was confident in.
Chris (I think he was the manager?) checked me out. He was also very kind, patient, and helpful! They didn’t have the color in the size I was looking for, so we ordered the pants and they’ll be shipped to my home.
I don’t think I’ve purchased from a Levi’s store before, but I will definitely be doing so again in the future! And I will definitely stop back in next time I’m in the area!

The Levi's associates, Devin and Maddie were so helpful and friendly. The choice of clothing in the store was well organized and plentiful.

I love Levi’s. But the service here was terrible. There were three people working. All sitting around the cashier on the counter and on their phones. When I asked for help to find a specific size and model, one of them reluctantly checked the system. There was still one item in store, but they said that they kept it for themselves to buy it.
The main reason for me to come to the store is for the service and the opportunity to try on the different sizes. I’d be open to order online if the size isn’t in store and to have it send to our home. But unfortunately we didn’t have the chance to try on the size. @management: please improve to keep the physical stores alive. Motivate and train staff to be kind to people. It starts with body language.

I don't see how this can be called an outlet store. Expensive! Even with buy one get on half off. Same exact jeans at Macys. Marshall's or online even cheaper for buying 2 and their regular price. Shame on this store! Guess that's why I never really see to many people in it.

Staff is always helpful, plentiful stock. I have a long inseam, and Levi's are the only jeans I can find with the right length.

Bought a pair of jeans and they charged full retails price of around $70. Can buy exactly the same online for $40. Won’t be doing that again! Still a Levi’s fan but def not outlet store.
