Do not buy furniture from this company or you’ll regret it. Spent $$5300 for a patio table and chairs + delivery charges. When delivered they brought the wrong base to secure the table and promised to deliver a new one asap. Been told three times that it’s on the next truck and he will deliver as soon as it arrives. Two months later I’m still waiting for the base. Top of table tips if you put any pressure on it and almost fell on my grandson..Was advised by the delivery guy not to use the table. Not sure what to do next but will file will the BBB for sure. Would give zero stars if I could!!!

Beautiful store and furniture, drove by it multiple times and have never gone in but that was a mistake. The furniture is awesome! It’s unique and well made. The atmosphere is great and everyone at the store was helpful and a joy to be around. Thanks Lisa!

Recently we stopped into Patio and Flame (Kittery Maine store) to look at outdoor table and chair sets. Laine, the owner greeted us and showed us several options. He was very pleasant, personable and knowledgeable about his products. We purchased a Royal Teak table and chairs that day and picked them up later in the week as planned. They look beautiful on our deck! We are delighted with our purchase. Many thanks to Laine for helping us through this process!thanks linda
