The staff was not very attentive at all, 10 minutes into being in the store before they even asked if we needed help, they were more interested in they're own conversation about surgeries, bathing suits and work schedules than anything else. It sure is hard to find good help these days.

Great selection but I paid way too much for sneakers. I should have Googled sneaker price before buying. If you are expecting a discount don't be fooled.

So many Saucony shoes and all in one place! If you love this brand of running shoe and are in the Kittery Maine area it is a must stop. Great prices and great service.

Krista, the store manager of the Kittery Saucony Outlet, is fabulous. I love the Saucony Omni Walker and needed a woman's size 12, which is very difficult to find. Taking care of my feet is critical because I wear a leg brace due to foot arthritis. Krista kindly took the time to research the availability of that shoe in other Saucony outlets around the country and had those shoes sent directly to my home. In all, I was able to purchase six pairs which was a blessing in my life because I have been searching for these shoes for a quite a while. I profoundly grateful for her help. It is rare to find such amazing customer service.

Good clearance area, but overstaffed and way too pushy. If you know what you're after, it's much less hassle to go through Amazon (or head over to the New Balance outlet store, which isn't too far away, and is much bigger).

The outlet is spread out on both side of a very busy road. I don't mind the walk but you have to cross that busy road back and forth with your shopping bags
