I have had only great experiences since using Kittery Walgreens. Pharmacy always provides what I need with a smile! Counter and store staff, the same. I love my local Walgreens.

Bad experience at this Walgreens in Kittery Maine! Went to Yorks walk in to see doctor! Have bronchitis was ordered 3? (Three) prescriptions! Was only given one(1) if I hadn’t remembered what the Dr. told me they ordered I would never have recovered! Called Walk-in to speak to Dr. they called the 2 scrips I didn’t get! So had to drive back over 91 to yorks Walgreens! I’m surprised the employees at walk in don’t even know there’s a Walgreens right across the street from them! Good idea to inform new or older employees that work in town to be informed of what’s right around them! Kittery Walgreens might as well close as they don’t know what’s meant by sending more than one prescription at a time! Are there real pharmacists at that location??? Can they read? I’ve never been so disappointed in all my life at the stupidity of some work places! Now I have to wait an hour, due to short staffed! Love my Bronchitis BUT want it GoNE!!!! DO NOT USE KITTERY WALGREENS EVER!!!!

I love this Walgreens! The pharmacy staff are always nice in person and on the phone. If there’s ever a problem with my prescription or something gets messed up from the app, they fix it within 5-15 minutes. They also helped me get coupons when I was between health insurances to get a much better price. One of the best Walgreens pharmacy departments I’ve ever gone to!

Between the run down building, to the broken equipment inside, the staff are nice but seem incompetent and I don’t mean that to be rude or insensitive, maybe they are just working with what they have but unfortunately it’s not doing this location any good. GM’s needs to come take a hard look at this business and ask themselves if they should fix the place and retrain store management or shut it down. The current state of affairs is just not doing the customers, the residents, and town any meaningful services.

I love my local wallgreens. The staff in the pharmacy are always so kind and accommodating for insurance issues (which i feel like is everytime a doctor writes a script nowadays). They are extremely hardworking!

About as bad as it could be. Broken coolers, missing inventory, incorrect prices, over an hour to pickup up prescriptions, boxes in the aisles. I think you get the point

For my first time at the Kittery Walgreens, I waited in line for 30 minutes to pick up a prescription —but figured it was a one off. The next time I used kittery walgreens I quickly understood that a 30 minute wait was the norm.
