We ordered a gas stove from HD in Ellsworth, MA. We scheduled a delivery date and had the gas unhooked (they require that). They were to deliver the next day. No one showed up and the delivery service said they couldn't find the stove. They never notified us whey would not deliver. Cost $300 for the unhook/hook. Talked to HD Customer Service. They were lovely. Rescheduled for today. Had the gas unhooked. Got call and text they would be here today. No one came. Turns out it was not convenient for the delivery company to deliver to our location, so with no notice to us they rescheduled for 4 days later. No one seems to think this is a problem they should solve and that we should now believe it will actually be delivered the next time it is schedule. I would never order something that needed to be delivered from them again. The Customer Service people are sympathetic but the delivery service they use is a joke. Plan to get them to reimburse us for the stove and go to Lowe's to get the range. We also want them to reimburse us for the $600 we are out due to their incompetence.

I found the customer service here to be stellar. I had an issue with an order and due to COVID delays, they worked with me to change my order.

I did a curbside pickup for an order here and had the best, happiest, most polite young man deliver the items to my car. I only wish I had his name. Not only did he bring the items to the car, he asked if we needed anything else (we did) and he helped us. He asked again but we were done and he wishes us a great day. Great customer service.

This Home Depot is clean and well-run. It has a large parking area, very clean rest rooms, and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The quality and politeness of the staff cannot be overstated. Home Depot harkens back to the days when all Home Depot's were run with well-compensated, competent staff. It even has multiple cashier-staffed checkout lines open... simultaneously! Nice place. Oh, good place for pulled pork out front.

Went to Home Depot in Ellsworth Maine to buy a John Deere lawnmower. They had 14 in stock. We bought one online while there and were told it would be fully assembled and delivered to our house. It came today.

I have been to the store yesterday November 8,2020. There is a mask mandate, everyone in public places have to wear a mask! This is not the first time I’ve seen customers in there not wearing masks. The store manager needs to in force the law.

I had Home Depot in Ellsworth install my roof that came with a 50 warranty because I thought the company would stand by its work. I was wrong Immediately, after installation, it began leaking. When I purchased the roof from Home Depot's representative - David Jaroz - he told me this was the last roof I would ever need to buy. But when I wanted Home Depot and Jaroz to stand by their warranty and promise, I was handed off to an insurance company called Genpact. It took hours of phone calls and months of waiting to get someone from Genpact to appraise the damage and settle my claim. I've been waiting one full year now. Genpact has stalled and still hasn't repaired my roof or reimbursed me one penny. Be forewarned - don't use installation services at Home Depot thinking that the company will stand by its contract and work... they will not.

I will absolutely never order from home depot again!! I ordered 2 cube shelves for $88 total and they put a 1200 hold on my fing account which is still there!! 9 days later I still can't use my account!! Nobody can do anything about it either apparently!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Based on their customer service this store should be shut down. I called to rent a truck and the guy who answered (David) was extremely aggressive and rude. Like he was annoyed I called.SERIOUSLY?! Shopping at Lowe’s from now on.
