“A typical grocery store in a area where typical is hard to find. The employees are nice and work well together here. I'm from Colorado and worked at King Soopers and it's pritty much exactly the same thing. Even a lot of the brands are the same except, they don't really have any cold press oils or any fancy natural products in the pharmacy area. the produce area seems to be lagging when it comes to selection. But the deli has some really good hot food. There is a hot bar and they have a flattop grill and will make various foods for you and the price is really good.”

“We’ve been shopping at Shaws since we moved to MDI in 2015. Never a serious problem in any respect. On occasion some items may be out of stock, but only recently. The entire world is dealing with the same problem. The employees are always very accommodating.”

“Crazy tourists rate this place 1 star because they expect to be given preferential service without waiting in line, and don't look up the pharmacy hours ahead of time. In reality the staff is dedicated to delivering peoples medications in an acceptable time frame and protecting patient confidentiality despite the mindless throng of out-of-state flatlanders interrupting their conversations and demanding nonsense. 10/5 stars couldn't be happier with a pharmacy.”

“My medications suffered water damage while I was out of town here in Maine and the pharmacy worked diligently with numerous stubborn parties in order to fulfill my requests. The amount of effort they were forced to go through for a seemingly simple request was frankly upsetting, however, they were fantastic throughout the entire process. It's deeply appreciated!”
