Don't go here if you keep gas cans on hand, the technician smelled gas and refused to replace the tire. I can't find their actual policy anywhere, but from all the reports and reviews I've read the policy doesn't really matter, they'll refuse service if you don't buy enough from them.

What a ridiculous waste of time- after trying to purchase 1,000 worth of top grade tires for my jeep, three hours later the told me the just couldn't get the lug nuts off.. acros the street at tire warehouse they took them off by hand in under 3 mins.

Went there to enquire about tires for a camper. The guy was very pushy. Trying to get me to buy tires. Wouldn't listen. But felt very pressured to purchase. I ended up leaving because I was uncomfortable and I feel it was because I was a female. Went to complete tire and they where very helpful and helped get me what I needed. I recently tried there again for tires for my vehicle because price was cheaper. The guy behind the counter was a space cadet(different guy). In the middle of waiting on the guy in front of me he stopped to question the people that came in after me as to helping them. Apparently they where just there. But I felt he should be addressing the guy in front of him. He continues to be more concerned about the other couple. Another guy comes out and hears the conversation and starts to address the couple who had an issue claiming the car was making a noise it wasn't making before they took it in. So other guy is talking with them about while the guy behind the counter is still ignoring the guy in front of him to where other guy says, wait on him. Finally gets to me and I ended up having to show him where my size tires where because he couldn't seem yo find them even though he was standing practically right next to them. Needless to say I ended up leaving without getting tires. I gave them another shot 6 months later and again left without giving them my business.

I do about transfer money. Service is so bad she not nice she look serious or feeling unhappy alway I went to Walmart at night time they are nice but today on morning around 8.30am ???(sorry i not good english)

I came in early Saturday to have my winter tires put on. It took several hours and they broke one of my tire pressure sensors. They didn't have one but sent me to a parts store to get one. I was told I would be reimbursed. I came back with the sensor a couple days later and waited another hour while they put it in. Then they told me they couldn't program it and I'd have to go to the dealer. They refused to refund me my money for the part but assured me a manager would call. None did. When I called back in, I was told I had to talk to a different manager who wasn't in that day. I never got a call from that manager. I called twice to speak to the manager but couldn't either time. I finally went back to the store, feeling angry. Their solution is to take the sensor back out so I can get a refund at the parts store. I am taking my truck to the dealership and will not be back here for anything. RUN AWAY FROM WALMART AUTO SERVICE AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

The only positive is the price, half what other local tire shops charge for mounting and balancing. BUT customer service is awful, never anyone at the desk and always 2+ hours to have tires installed a good shop will have you in and out in less than a hour.Service: Tires

Tall light headed mechanic very rude, as I pulled up to a bay door, I was behind cones and safety lines, I could see them around my vehicle inside the bay they were changing tires on, I went to ask mechanic if they were done and he was more concerned about playing the parking police with me and was very aggressive and rude. Ordered 2 tires on website , went 30 miles to apt. For install. After a lot of tread testing told to get 4 tires ,policy. I understand but now need to order 2 more go home. Come back next week.This should be spelled out on website.Returned tires.Went down to Harmons and got great service, same price and all done in 1 hour, with free rotation every 5000 miles.

Went into store and ordered 4 new tires. After receiving text that tires arrived at the store, i called and confirmed and also made appt the following week to have the tires mounted. When I arrived for appt was told tires were returned the previous day. Some employee thought my tires were a "return" and never bothered to ask or check to see that they were scheduled to be installed on my car the following day. Then I was told they'd reorder and try to expedite but when they went to reorder I was told the 4 tires I need are not available despite being returned the previous day. I talked to store manager and told him they lost $900 sale. Based on their incompetence, I am not confident the tires would even be mounted correctly.

The Lady at the counter really helped us get a tire on quick after an unexpected blow out. And the techshop worked fast, out in under an hour.

Returning battery for core charge was terrible.yes I did not have my receipt so they told me I was out of luck.basicly no one in auto new how to look it up on my credit card.tracked down a cam who did get it done.even with auto employees telling her it can't be done she showed them how.im sure today that they did not catch on as it didn't seem to be in their intrest.

Had a low tire, and they took care of it very quickly.If you think this would be the norm, the prior place I had gone to in Bar Harbor, while they were nice in telling me the tire was going to need to be replaced and not just patched, wanted me to call around to ask the tire places in Ellsworth if they had my tire in stock, drive there on my almost flat tire, buy the tire, and bring it back to them in Bar Harbor, so they could put the tire on "today or tomorrow".The fact that I drove to Wal Mart, and was late for my appointment, and they didn't cancel or reschedule, was extremely nice, and allowed me to have a nice day at Acadia instead of sitting in my hotel for 2 days. Wall Mart saved my vacation, so thanks to Sybil and the guys at Ellsworth ME Wall Mart for going the extra mile.
