Haunted Grandview Manor is a well-thought-out and constructed haunted house that provides an intense and immersive horror movie experience. It features a maze-like indoor and outdoor walkthrough with super creepy displays, scenes, and many props, including great animatronics. The actors do a phenomenal job, with well-placed and timed scares that make it difficult to sense when someone will jump out. The haunt is spaced so guests only walk through with their own group and do not run into others. The experience is detailed, with particular attention paid to scents in different themed areas, such as a funeral home or clown area, to heighten the senses. The walk takes about 15 to 20 minutes but is considered well worth the ticket price for its high quality. It offers both a full-scare night and a lower-priced "no scare" night option for those who prefer fewer jump scares. Many guests find it awesome and amazing, stating it is the best haunted house they have ever done and worth a long drive.

Best haunted house I’ve ever done. I’d 10 stars. They space everyone out so you don’t run into anyone and it’s so well done I actually felt like I was in a horror movie. And at most other haunts you can sense when someone is going to jump out etc. but not this place. Awesome awesome ?

Went through today for the daytime walk... AMAZING! Everything was well thought out, the displays and scenes are super creepy. I can't wait to go back at night to get scared silly!
