Also their customer service is amazing. We had a family emergency and we really wanted that car back for my wife to make a trip to Nova Scotia, rather than our older less trustworthy car. Maine Collision Center understood, helped us get the car back in her hands and out to make her trip on time. She has nothing but good things to say about everyone she interacted with and my experience with the people there when we picked up was super positive, they were really supportive of my wife. I had some problems trying to get some paper work to buy the bike and took me a week to get it. they were very patient and even reassured me that the bike was mine and only mine and will be there waiting for me. 10/10 recommend.”

They dealt with diagnosing a defective trailer harness from factory and were able to rewire the harness pins and get it working correctly.
