“I went into the store needing help with a brake light replacement and was helped by ALEX. I am a single woman who was pretty lost with the whole thing. He went out and found the info needed to replace it. He then offered to replace it for me. He had a problem changing it from inside the trunk as the bulb seemed stuck. He went above and beyond by removing the casing and got it done as it was stormy and it being a brake light scared me to not be able to replace it. I would have been happy to pay him for his help but he refused. I just want to again thank him for being so helpful. My new go to parts store for sure. Thank you Alex.”
